SB Project: Sketch 20

December 2, 2010

It just started snowing. Boooooo. :/

Clownfish form symbiotic mutualistic relationship with sea anemones. It’s believed that the fish secrete a special mucous that protects them from the stinging cells of the anemones. Thus, by living among the fronds of the anemones, the fish gain protection from predators. Meanwhile, the clownfish feed on smaller creatures that could damage the anemones. In addition, anemones may benefit by absorbing nutrients excreted by the fish.

I used Neopiko Deleter Markers.

Your suggestion to try watercolor was what made me do this one in color, actually. ๐Ÿ™‚ Not watercolors, but I guess the results aren’t terribly different, hehe.
